FAQ

Q: The video and/or the audio is "failing"...
A: Disconnect and it is connected the ISP again to obtain another IP and to try to improve the tax of transfer of data. Depending on the schedule, of your physical location or still of the traffic of data inside of organization (if you are accessing of a net WAN) or of a hot spot public (WiFi) you can have unexpected interruptions.

It can also be an instability or just a temporary slowness between your provider ISP and media servers. The servers and the nets of transmission of our company are configured for high loads, however the instability of the reception net (your net) can happen. If it goes that the case, await some instants and try again. Another option, in case you are using  high quality band, it is to configure the player (in the area below the vídeo) to low quality access. The quality of the event and the interatividade is the same of the high quality band; but the image will be smaller, proportionally to the used band.
